About Italian Getaways!

Growing up I was intrigued with my Italian Heritage.  The stories, the Culture, the sense of belonging made me want to know and experience more.  My passion for Italy grew as I completed my College degrees in Italian Studies and History. 

With close to 25 years in the Travel Industry, I soon found Italy to be the treasure of my heart.  Over the years, helping individuals plan their Italian Travel experiences warmed my heart.  The dream of 'Italian Getaways' was born. 

Italian Getaways is designed for the traveler to 'Experience Italy as a tourist and leave as Family.'   Less than 30% of Italy is experienced by the traveler.  As you experience Italy with us, you will be immersed in the culture, everyday life, the traditions and of course you will find yourself welcomed and made to feel at home by the amazing people that are the heart of Italy. 

Italian Getaways has something for everyone.  We have Homes that are available to rent on a weekly basis, Bed & Breakfast experiences, preplanned Getaways, accompanied Getaways or we can assist you as you plan your Italian Getaway experience rather you are traveling with Family, Solo, Coworkers, a Celebration Group, Conferences in addition to our educational Getaways of Rome, Florence and Milano.
